If you've been involved in sports or fitness for a while now, you're no stranger to the importance of eating well.
I bet at some point you've tried the most recent "fad" diet or spent months obsessively tracking every single piece of food you put in your body. The results may have come, but just as quickly as they came, they likely faded shortly after the program ended. I know how frustrating that can feel, especially when you work so hard!
To me, the ongoing cycle of strict diet-after-diet, and "on the wagon, off the wagon" is not an enjoyable way to live. I've been there, done that... and frankly, it sucks.
But trust me when I say that there ARE better (simpler) ways to feel great and fuel your body without cutting out all of your favourite foods or missing out on evenings out with your friends (or feeling constantly stressed about food when you are out with them).
My goal is to help you learn strategies that are sustainable for long term. No, this 12-week program isn't a quick fix (that's probably why those diets and challenge didn't stick in the past). Instead, you'll walk away with a toolbox of strategies and systems that will leave you feeling confident in your body, and empowered to make the best nutrition decisions possible on a day-to-day basis... yes, all while still enjoying life!
