Why is this program 12 weeks (or more)?
Change doesn't happen overnight. My goal is to help you build healthy habits that stick so that you feel like you can leave the program with a new confidence in how to support your body for the long term. Remember how many years it's taken you to build your existing habits. New habits will take time :) but are well worth it!
Is this is individual or group format?
This program always runs in Individual format, which means you can start anytime! In this individual format, you get weekly one-on-one check in calls, as well as program customization to better suit your goals and needs. In saying there, from time to time this program is offered in a group setting, but no future dates are scheduled. 
What if I also need training (fitness) support?
With the Kick Start program, you do receive 3 months free access to my on-demand movement classes. However, if you're looking for more in depth training support, please ask about my Total Body Mastery Method program, a 12-week program geared at building both foundational nutrition and bodyweight strength practices. 
How do we track progress? 
I never require clients to do weight, measurements or photos if they are not comfortable. In fact, many of my clients come to me because they are eager to gain freedom AWAY from the number on the scale and learn other ways to track their progress. In this program, weight, photos and measurement are options, but are done bi-weekly to ensure there is focused placed on the habit consistency and other valuable metrics (i.e. how you're sleeping, energy levels, mood, control around food, etc). 
What happens after the 12 weeks?
If you're loving the program and process, you have the option to continue working with J2N once the program is complete! Together, we will come up with a game plan to best suit your goals. It might mean continuing your nutrition journey, or looking into other program options (such as The Total Body Mastery Method mentioned above) if you're eager to shift focus to gaining strength and mobility.
How do I get started?
The best place to start is by booking a free Body Confidence call. During this call, you can tell me more about your goals, struggles and what you'd hope to get out of this program. Together, we'll determine if this program is the right fit for you. I want you to succeed, and will only ever recommend one of my programs if I truly believe it's a fit. Program pricing questions can be addressed on this call, as well.
